PUBLIC OFFER CONTRACT – TEAM SMURF

This Public Offer Contract ("Contract") is a legally binding agreement between Team Smurf ("Service Provider", "We", "Us") and any individual or entity ("Customer", "You") who purchases or uses our Dota 2 boosting, coaching, calibration, and low-priority removal services on Teamsmurf.com.

By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this contract. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

  1. GENERAL TERMS

1.1. This contract is a public offer according to applicable international e-commerce laws.
1.2. By placing an order on our website, you fully accept the terms of this contract.
1.3. The services provided include but are not limited to:

  • MMR Boosting (increasing your matchmaking rating).
  • Calibration Matches (helping with seasonal rank calibration).
  • Low-Priority Removal (removing restrictions on your account).
  • Coaching (providing guidance to improve gameplay).
    1.4. All services are digital and non-refundable once completed.
    1.5. This contract remains valid indefinitely unless amended or terminated by Team Smurf.
  1. CUSTOMER ELIGIBILITY & OBLIGATIONS

By purchasing services from Team Smurf, you confirm that:

✔ You are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent if under 18).
✔ You legally own the gaming account provided for the service.
✔ You understand and accept the risks associated with boosting, including potential account penalties imposed by Valve.
✔ You will not share or attempt to reverse-engineer our service methods.
✔ You will provide accurate and up-to-date account details if required for the service.

Failure to comply may result in cancellation of your order without a refund.

  1. SERVICE TERMS

3.1. Service Fulfillment

  • Team Smurf will provide the service within the estimated timeframe indicated on our website.
  • The actual duration may vary based on factors such as rank, order size, and booster availability.
  • If unforeseen delays occur, we will notify you via email or website chat support.

3.2. Account Usage & Security

  • Certain services require account access.
  • We use VPN protection to reduce detection risks.
  • You must not log into your account during an active boosting session unless approved.
  • Team Smurf is not responsible for in-game bans, MMR resets, or restrictions imposed by Valve.

3.3. Coaching Sessions

  • Coaching services are scheduled based on availability.
  • Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • No refunds are issued for missed sessions unless Team Smurf is responsible.
  1. PAYMENT & REFUNDS

4.1. Payment Methods

  • We only accept PayPal as a valid payment method.
  • Payment must be made in full before service begins.

4.2. Refunds

  • Full Refund: If the service has not started.
  • Partial Refund: If the service is in progress but not completed.
  • No Refund: If the service is fully completed.

4.3. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Filing a chargeback without contacting our support first will result in account suspension from our services.
  • We may pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks.
  1. ORDER COMPLETION TIME

5.1. The estimated time for service completion depends on:

  • Your current rank & desired rank.
  • The complexity of the boost.
  • Booster availability & in-game conditions.

5.2. Approximate completion times:

  • MMR Boosting: 24 hours – 10 days.
  • Calibration Matches: 1 – 2 days.
  • Low-Priority Removal: 1 – 3 days.
  • Coaching: Scheduled as per availability.

These times are estimates and not guarantees.

  1. RISKS & LIABILITY

6.1. Account Penalties & Bans

  • Valve’s Terms of Service prohibit boosting.
  • Your account may face penalties, including temporary or permanent bans.
  • We take every precaution (VPN use, manual play), but we cannot guarantee 100% safety.
  • You accept all risks associated with using our services.

6.2. Limitation of Liability

  • Team Smurf is not responsible for any losses resulting from boosting, including but not limited to:

    Temporary or permanent game bans.
    Loss of in-game items or purchases.

By using our services, you agree that Team Smurf is not liable for any damages resulting from your decision to purchase a boosting service.

  1. CUSTOMER CONDUCT

By purchasing from us, you agree to:
Not attempt to deceive, scam, or request fraudulent refunds.
Not log into your account during an active boost.
Not engage in toxic behavior, harassment, or abuse towards our staff.

Violation of these terms may result in service cancellation without a refund.
